1. We strictly carry out warranty services of repair, replacement and refund for all our products. During the warranty period all the products are repaired free of charge with freight free, half or fully paid.

1) Within the first year when the quality problems occur, the products will be repaired or replaced at the agents'; free of charge. If the products have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement, the freight back and forth is free.

2) Within the second year when the above described problems occur, the products will be repaired or replaced at the agents' free of charge. If the products have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement, the freight back to the customers' is free.

3) Within the third year when the above described problems occur, the products will be repaired or replaced at the agents' free of charge. If the products have to be sent back to us for repair or replacement, the freight back and forth is fully paid.

2. The following situations are beyond the scope of free warranty.

1) The products are not manufactured or sold by our company;

2) The products are damaged deliberately, or knocked down without our permission or instructions;

3) The products are installed without following the Users' Manual, or sticking to the related regulations;

4) The damages are caused due to force majeure or accidents, such as earthquakes, hurricanes, fires, floods and so on.
